The J Balvin x Air Jordan 4 Retro SP is a collaboration between the Colombian artist and Jordan Brand, built on the 1989 Air Jordan 4 designed by Tinker Hatfield. It keeps the mesh side panels, wing-style eyestays and visible Air cushioning that define the Air Jordan 4.
This pair, also marketed as "Amazonas", uses a yellow croc-textured leather upper with matching mesh, wings, laces and midsole. The laces carry the phrases "Just Do It" and "Solo Hazlo", and the heels have mismatched branding. The yellow palette draws on Medellín and the Caño Cristales river.
