Shipping policy

Free standard U.S. shipping on orders $150+. $8 below $150.

The threshold is based on the merchandise total after discounts and before tax. No code needed. Your shipping charge is shown before you pay.

Dispatch and tracking

Orders placed before 3 p.m. Eastern, Monday–Friday, ship the same business day from Whippany, New Jersey. Orders placed at or after 3 p.m., on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. UPS collects Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. We email tracking when your order ships. Dispatch is when your order leaves our warehouse, not the delivery date.

U.S. delivery options

Standard shipping uses UPS Ground: free at $150 after discounts, or $8 below $150. Delivery estimates depend on your destination and the UPS service available to your address. Enter your address at checkout to see the available services and estimated arrival dates.

UPS 2nd Day Air: $25 wherever this service is offered at checkout. Transit is two business days after dispatch, subject to carrier availability and holiday schedules.

UPS Next Day Air: $20 to Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania; $30 to the other states in our eastern shipping region; and $50 to our central and western region. Next Day Air is currently offered in the contiguous U.S. where UPS returns an available service. The exact price is shown before payment.

The $30 region includes Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Washington, D.C. Other contiguous U.S. states are in the $50 region.

Premium shipping describes transit after dispatch, not elapsed time from placing your order. Weekends, holidays and carrier service restrictions affect arrival dates. Next-day shipping does not automatically include Saturday delivery. Alaska, Hawaii and territories have destination-specific service availability; select only the services offered at checkout. UPS cannot deliver to standard P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International orders

Available destinations and shipping rates appear at checkout. The U.S. free-shipping offer does not apply internationally. Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable to the carrier or local authorities.

Need help with a shipment?

Email help@midwoodsoles.com with your order number if you notice an address error, a delivery problem or damage. Contact us as soon as possible for address changes; we may not be able to change an order after dispatch. We will help investigate missing or damaged deliveries with the carrier.
