What size should I buy?

Every pair is listed in men's / women's US sizes. Women's runs 1.5 sizes above men's, so a men's 8 is the same shoe as a women's 9.5. Birkenstock and kids' sizes use their own scale, so check the size guide before you order.

When does my order ship?

Orders placed before 3 p.m. Eastern, Monday to Friday, leave our New Jersey warehouse the same day. Later orders go out the next business day. We email tracking when it ships.

What does shipping cost?

UPS Ground is free in the U.S. on orders over $100, and $8 below that. UPS 2nd Day Air is $25. Next Day Air starts at $20. The exact price shows before you pay.

How do returns work?

Email help@midwoodsoles.com within 30 days of delivery. Pairs must be unworn, in the original box. We send a prepaid label. Store credit is free; a refund to your card has an $8 label fee taken off. There is no restocking fee.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us with your order number as soon as you can. We can usually help before the order leaves the warehouse, and not after.

Can I exchange for another size?

Our sizes sell through fast, so we cannot hold a replacement. Return the pair and order the size you want.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, where checkout offers a rate. Free U.S. shipping does not apply. Import duties and taxes that are not collected at checkout are paid to the carrier.

Are these brand new?

Yes. Every pair is brand new in the original box. We are an independent retailer and we are not affiliated with the brands we carry.
